How can I identify fraudulent calls and emails asking for confidential and sensitive information?

If you receive any call or e-mail from a person who is claiming to be from Bollywoo and asking for confidential information for example debit/credit card PIN, your net-banking password or OTP, we request you to never share such sensitive details with anyone. Our team and logistics persons never ask for such confidential information.

What action I should take, if I receive any suspicious mail or phone call?

If you have already received any suspicious mail or phone call, immediately report to law agency.

How is the Quality of Products?

Bollywoo is a licensed and authentic website. The products we are delivering are high quality and 100% original.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. In order to cancel an item in your order:

-Log into your BollyWoo account and go to the 'My Orders' page

-Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link

-In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order

-Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from 'My Orders' section,

you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.

How do I Initiate the Return Request?

You can contact at the phone number and email address mentioned on the website. Our support team will immediately respond you.

What is the Exchange and Refund Policy of Bollywoo?

You can contact us directly via phone call. The product will be picked within the next 2-3 working days. Positively ask for the reverse pickup slip at the time of reverse pick up of your order and keep it safe till the next product is delivered to you.

The product will reach our warehouse within 7 days. Once the product reaches us it will go under a quality check which can take up to 24-48 hours. After the product clears it a quality check your next product will be shipped from our end within 24 hours. Or after the successful QC refund will be done in your bank account in 2-3 working days

Please be informed that return/exchange will only be accepted in the following conditions:

1. The tags on the product should be intact.

2. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

Once I created a request for return. When will I get the refund?

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:

1. NEFT - 2 to 3 business days post refund initiation

2. Bollywoo Credit – Bolly Cash – 24 Hours.

3. Online Refund – 7 to 10 Days

4. “Paytm wallet” – 24-48 Hours
